Gilad Yadin is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law. He is currently pursuing a research degree, in the field of technology law at the Center for Advanced Legal Studies, Tel Aviv University. He is a member of the Bar's Computing Committee. Mr. Yadin is a certified, court approved mediator. He clerked for Judge Caspi of the Tel Aviv District Court. Mr. Yadin held key management positions at BMC and Check Point research and development. He served as director on the board of a public VC fund and currently serves on the board of the government company Shacham-Mekorot. Mr. Yadin focuses primarily on consultation in the areas of business and technology law. He consults to the Department of Legislation at the Ministry of Justice, to the Law, Technology and Information Authority, to High-tech companies and private clients. He writes a legal column in "Globes online". Email: gilad@yadin.com Sharon Bar is a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Law with honors and Master's Degree in commercial law, both from Tel Aviv University. She is currently pursuing a research degree, in  the field of capital market law, at the Center for Advanced Legal Studies, Tel Aviv University. She is a member of the Bar's Corporations and Protection of the Legal Profession Committees. Ms. Bar participated in writing and editing Dr. Yossi Cohen's latest book "Company Law" and serves as teaching assistant at Tel Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center as well as research assistant at the Hebrew University. She clerked for Judge Levhar-Sharon of the Tel Aviv District Court. Ms. Bar practiced in a top level law firm and in the legal department of one of Israel's biggest banks. She practices in the field of commercial law, especially in corporate law, securities law and representation opposite banks and financial institutions in Israel. Email: sharon@yadin.com
